The Bordeaux School of Neuroscience is a fully equipped laboratory for neuroscience research, exclusively dedicated to hands-on training.

The high-end facilities of the Bordeaux School of Neuroscience offers multiple opportunities for graduate students to gain new skills and develp a network in neuroscience research:

  • Hands-on training workshops are regularly organised for master and PhD students to provide them with advanced technical skills (get more information on training activities).
  • It also offers various opportunities for PhD students to transfer their knowledge to other students as instructors and develop their teaching skills.
  • Besides, the Bordeaux School of Neuroscience organizes the prestigious CAJAL Advanced Neuroscience Training Program in partnership with FENS (Federation of European Neuroscience Societies), IBRO (International Brain Research Organization) an the Gatsby Foundation. Our students are invited to participate in the different seminars taught by local or international renown scientists and thus develop skills on specific topics and meet their peers.
